Lisa: Sophie and I are very grateful to the organizers of Leadership Geauga for allowing us to speak at last month’s Human Services Day seminar. Our presentation entitled “Reach Higher,” was a chronicle of the family’s journey with Sophie and our quest to help her reach her full potential. Sophie was amazingly poised and fearless as she delivered her portion of our slides in front of about 45 community business men and women from our county of residence. Great job Sophie!!! I am proud to be your mother.
Sophie: It was so much fun to go to Metzenbaum Center. I passed out my business cards to everyone there and shook hands with people. I got to take a tour of the Metzenbaum Center. I can’t wait to do another presentation. Goodbye folks!
